Underutilization and placement goals
Hiring managers are responsible for making good faith efforts to meet the University’s commitment to equal employment and affirmative action goals. This is done through a diligent and comprehensive recruitment process. As a general practice, recruitment efforts should be targeted towards individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.
Once a posting has been finalized, it may be submitted through an established workflow process to obtain approvals, if necessary. Executive/senior administrator recruitments may require additional levels of approval. HR will coordinate this review/approval process.
