Hiring New Faculty
Once the faculty recruitment process has been completed (e.g., the Hiring Proposal has been approved), the HR professional/associate is responsible for making sure the faculty member is hired in accordance with the terms of the Hiring Proposal and any other accompanying documentation. This includes preparing draft faculty contracts and PAFs for review by the Office of the Provost or the Office of the VP for Health Sciences, as applicable, and following Human Resources' employee hiring process. Academic Administrators are hired through the faculty search process.
