Meeting with the HR professional

If the impacted employee is laid off, the employee meets with the HR professional to review benefits (listed above). For University employees, the HR professional provides comparison of WTA benefit and University benefit, and provides the employee with the Workforce Reduction Selection of Benefits form. The employee completes the form and returns it to the HR professional within one week of the meeting
